Video technology, such as VAR (Video Assistant Referee), has been implemented in football to help referees make more accurate decisions. While it aims to bring more fairness to the game by reducing human error, it has also sparked controversy and debate. Some argue that it has helped to correct clear mistakes and ensure fairness, while others believe it has led to more stoppages and disrupted the flow of the game. Ultimately, the impact of video technology on fairness in football is still a topic of ongoing discussion and evaluation. **

A persistent herniated disc in football can progress in several ways. Initially, the player may experience pain, numbness, or weakness in the affected area. As the condition persists, the symptoms may worsen, leading to decreased mobility and performance on the field. If left untreated, the herniated disc can lead to long-term damage and potentially end a player's career. It is crucial for football players to seek proper medical attention and follow a comprehensive treatment plan to manage and potentially resolve a persistent herniated disc. **

There is a potential connection between football and myopia due to the high levels of near work and screen time involved in the sport. Constantly focusing on a ball, teammates, opponents, and the field can strain the eyes and contribute to the development of myopia. Additionally, the increased screen time associated with analyzing game footage, tactics, and training sessions can further exacerbate the risk of developing myopia. It is important for football players to take regular breaks, practice good eye care habits, and consider protective eyewear to help reduce the risk of myopia. **

There is a potential connection between football and nearsightedness due to the high prevalence of myopia among football players. The constant focus on near objects, such as the ball, during training and games may contribute to the development of nearsightedness. Additionally, the use of helmets and visors can limit exposure to natural light, which is important for eye health. Regular eye exams and taking breaks to focus on distant objects can help mitigate the risk of nearsightedness in football players. **
